“According to the Associated Press, a man that flashed himself to two Victoria’s Secret clerks while trying on women’s under wear at the store now faces two felony counts and one misdemeanor charge of theft.

R. Scott, 47, visited the Victoria’s Secret store twice in April and May at the Diamond Run Mall (Ohio).

Scott was released at his arraignment on Monday. However, he must now abide by a curfew and stay away from both the store and the mall.

Scott went into the store on April 22 and told the female clerks that he wanted to try on some of the lingerie and panty hose.

In the official arrest statement, it said that “Scott asked her to stay close by while he was in the dressing room…Scott then had her look at him to see how the items looked on him.” When she looked at Scott, “she could tell he had no underwear on.”

Scott then left the store when he was told to leave. However, he returned the store on May 6th. He picked out lingerie items to try on, went into a dressing room and then called a female clerk for help, said the Associated Press.

When Scott opened the door and the clerk peered in, she saw him wearing a white top, red heels, and no underwear. The clerk claimed Scott made no attempt to cover himself at all.

Immediately the clerk called the police. When they arrived, a police officer went to the dressing room and told Scott to leave the merchandise there and put on his own clothes.

The police took Scott to the sheriff’s office located at the mall. He was patted-down and was found to still be wearing a pair of white panties from the Victoria’s secret store. The security tag was still intact, said the Associated Press.

Cross escorted Scott to the sheriff’s office at the mall, pat-searched him and found him still to be wearing white underwear with a Victoria’s Secret security tag attached.

When questioned about the underwear, Scott claimed that he did not mean to take them. He was still arrested under the theft charge and the indecent exposure charges.”
